LHS will be giving the upcoming 7, 9, and 11 grade boys and girls physicals in the athletic hallway on May 8.

“Students who have been sick or injured during this school year have to take a physical as well,” Athletic Trainer Doc Waters said.

Students can pick up the forms from Doc Waters and Doc H in room S-128 and they can also go on online at trainer.lufkin.high.schoolfusion.us.

“The deadline will be May 1 to turn in all completed forms to either Doc H or myself,” Waters said.

The physicals will start at 2:30 on May 8. Cost will be $10, cash only, and no student will be allowed out of class early.
